The 521CC pump features a new pumphead, which is manufactured from polyphenylene sulfide. This material is impact, chemical and flame resistant, providing the 521CC pump with physical properties that out-perform aluminum alloy. Increased track diameter and large occlusion rollers reduce stress and increase tube life by up to 20 percent. The easy-release rotor clutch and tube clamps enable fast tube changeover. The pump features five close-coupled drive options. Among the drive options is the Varmeca integral inverter drive, providing 10:1 speed control, constant torque, built-in electronic protection, and ease of operation.
