Dietrich Metal Framing and MiTek Industries announced that they have signed a Letter of Intent to form a joint venture company. The companies believe the joint venture, named Aegis Metal Framing, will expand the use of computer designed, pre-fabricated light-gauge all-metal roof, floor and wall framing systems in commercial, institutional and residential construction.
