Senergy announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Ludlow Building Products Inc. to purchase the Finestone EIFS business. The sale was scheduled to close before the new year.

In other news from the company, Senergy announced several capital investments in its Lancaster, Texas, manufacturing site. The additions in equipment and workspace are designed to increase production rates, boost plant efficiency, and ensure a higher level of quality control over raw materials and expedite sample production.
