Robert Bosch Tool Corp. announced it has reached an agreement with the owners of Roto Zip Tool Corp. to acquire certain assets, particularly the brand and intellectual property. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Bosch and Roto Zip have had a long-standing business relationship in which Bosch has been Roto Zip’s primary manufacturing supplier. Bosch has manufactured the Roto Zip Spiral Saw since 1990. The acquisition will provide improved engineering and manufacturing synergies.
