The AIA requires that each of its 72,000 members successfully complete a minimum of 18 Learning Unit hours of continuing education annually for re-licensure. Participants will recognized how moisture infiltrates the building skin through sidewall conditions; understand the implications of water infiltration into the building, and; determine appropriate ways to employ rainscreen principles for a variety of cladding systems.
