The Steel Framing Alliance has announced that its Spring Membership meetings will take place in conjunction with the Tex-Eco-Build 2004 Conference, May 13-14, 2004, at the Stockyards Hotel, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Sponsored by the Texas Steel Framing Alliance, a local affiliate of the Alliance, TEB2004 is a two-day conference offering seminars, day tours, a Tech Fair, and networking opportunities.

TEB2004 will open on Thursday morning, May 13, with seminars and Alliance Operating Committee meetings. Thursday evening a dinner will be held featuring keynote speaker Kent Conine, 2003 president of the National Association of Homebuilders. Larry Williams, president of the SFA, will also speak regarding alliance activities and plans as well as the state of the steel framing marketplace.

Six seminars will be conducted by industry experts on topics such as corrosion, green (energy efficient) design, building codes and inspections, insulated concrete construction, structural design of cold-formed framing systems, and more.
