Located in Nacogdoches, Texas, FrameSaver is known for their rot-resistant, moisture proof, wood door frames.

"The acquisition of FrameSaver is a continuation of our goal of providing innovative products, solutions and services within the building products industry through internal growth and complementary acquisitions," said Bruce Procton, president of Endura. "Last year, FrameSaver did $34 million in sales and will immediately be accretive to Endura."

The acquisition of FrameSaver enhances Endura's commitment to delivering innovative solutions and products to the ever-expanding residential new home construction market.

The acquisition was completed in December. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
