Architectural Contractors Trade Association, of Farmington Hills, Mich., recognized four area subcontractors for their construction projects at the 11th Annual INTEX Achievement Awards in April.

More than 200 people attended the event, including ACT members, industry and union partners.

"It was great to see such a wonderful turnout for this premier event," said Bob Halik, ACT president. "As we look back at the 11 years, we are proud of the accomplishments the subcontractor community has made to southeast Michigan through the quality projects they have completed with union labor as our partner."

More than 25 projects were nominated this year.
