The ProTouch Fixed Utility Knife has a comfortable ProTouch ergonomic grip and optimized cutting angle for reduced hand fatigue. The easy tool-free entry makes changing blades quick and efficient. Inside the knife body there is storage for up to five blades. The utility knife includes six of the company's Blue Bi-Metal Utility Blades. The blades are made by welding two metals, a flexible spring backing steel and a high-speed steel edge, together. These are unbreakable under normal work conditions and last three times longer than traditional Irwin carbon blades. Contractors report they use one-third fewer bi-metal blades than carbon blades.
