PrimeSource Building Products Inc. announced it is acquiring Pacific Steel and Supply, one of the largest independent nail distributors on the West Coast. The parties expect the transaction to close in late September.

Customers and suppliers of both companies should expect normal business operations throughout the course of the transaction. The companies' products and brands will continue to serve the market in their current form.
