Jeb Williamsonhas joined Negwer Materials Inc. as a branch manager in its Belleville, Ill., office. In his new position, Williamson is responsible for the growth and performance of Negwer’s Belleville distribution efforts, overseeing operations, personnel and financial interests.

Michael Armstronghas been named senior vice president of the member services division at the International Code Council. The division oversees membership, training and education, certification and meeting and travel services.
