Faux Effects International, Inc. recently announced that seven products received Class A ratings for both flame spread index and smoke developed index. The products achieving this status are RsCreteTM, O’Villa, Finishing Plaster, PlasterTex, SandStone, AquaStone, SetCoat/AquaBond and LusterStone.

Southwest Research Institute and Hardwood Plywood & Veneer Association Laboratory and Testing Service conducted the third-party testing in accordance with ASTM E 84 Standard Test Methods for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials.

“These test results are significant for professional finishers in the field that do a lot of work with material specifiers, such as interior designers and architects,” explained Raymond Sandor, president of Faux Effects International.
