For the eighth consecutive year, Pella Corporation has been named to FORTUNE magazine’s annual “100 Best Companies to Work For” listing.

Pella has achieved this recognition based on the way in which it provides benefits, development opportunities and a quality work environment for all team members. A total of 446 companies sought to be included on the 2007 FORTUNE list. And, 100,000 workers evaluated their employers, making this the largest simultaneous employee survey in corporate America.

Pella Corporation president and CEO Mel Haught said the honor is a reflection of a work environment where team members are valued, appreciated and heavily involved in driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
