The Nailer, a product of The Millennium Group, is now being sold by Gypsum Supply, Round Lake, Ill. The product was introduced at the INTEX tradeshow in Orlando, Fla.

It is the patented drywall fastener that fastens directly to the stud and allows drywall to be directly fastened to the Nailer. It works equally well on both wood and metal studs and eliminates the need for any additional blocking or sliders on inside corners and top plates. Gypsum Supply Co. supplies plaster, insulation, acoustical tile and grid, steel framing and accessories, EIFS, exterior systems, tools and accessories to Northern Illinois.

“The Nailer is being used by more and more contractors across the country because it is a green product that actually saves the contractor and his customers money,” according to Andy Pizer, president of the Millennium Group. The Nailer has been featured on “This Old House” and is being widely used by Habitat for Humanity.
