Leica Geosystems, based in Norcross, Ga., announced the winner of its 2007 Super-Charged Sweepstakes grand prize featuring a new 2007 X7 Bullet Super Bike. The winner, Steven W. Hughes, is a project surveyor for an international survey company, Universal Ensco, Inc., with headquarters in Houston, Texas. Hughes was selected from a random drawing in October 2007 from among all qualified entries received by an independent judging organization. Hughes will receive the new bike at a ceremony hosted by Geomatics Resources, a Leica Geosystems distributor located in Dallas.

The sweepstakes was part of a national campaign to build awareness about the benefits of the firm’s products.
