The Western Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association has appointed Walls & Ceilings’ Editorial Director Mark Fowler as its Executive Vice President. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Ian Hendry. Fowler was formerly with the Northwest Wall and Ceiling Bureau in Seattle, Wash. The WWCCA is based in Orange, Calif., and covers California, Nevada and Arizona. The appointment will take effect next year.
