PrimeSource Building Products Inc., a full-service wholesale distributor of building materials and fasteners, has acquired 3-G’s Supply, a family-owned building materials wholesaler headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio. The transaction, which was concluded on Feb. 21, gives PrimeSource all rights to 3-G’s state-of-the-art distribution center in Strongsville as well as 3-G’s facility in East Brunswick, N. J.

“The acquisition of 3-G’s Supply is going to fulfill a geographic need for PrimeSource,” said PrimeSource Co-CEO Ken Fishbein. “3-G’s has been a very successful family-owned business for 34 years and has complimentary product lines to PrimeSource.”
