Charlotte-based drywall company National Gypsum has achieved GreenGuard Indoor Air Quality Certification for its ProForm joint compound line.
To achieve the certification, National Gypsum’s products passed sample testing and review of the manufacturing processes to meet standards set by the GreenGuard Environmental Institute to determine their impact on indoor air pollution.
“National Gypsum has made it a top priority to manufacture its products in a responsible, sustainable way,” said Dr. Marilyn Black, founder of the GEI. “In doing so, the company is helping ensure the health and safety of the indoor environments in which we live and work.”
