Premier Building Systems is consolidating its
manufacturing operations with those of its parent company, Insulfoam. As of
October, the SIPs manufacturer began with the relocation of its Phoenix facility
to an Insulfoam plant in Dixon, Calif. The company will also move from its
Fife, Wash., plant to Insulfoam’s Tacoma, Wash., facility this year.
