The company has added 14- and 16-inch high profiles to its family of Axiom Classic Perimeter Trim. The new additions join a family of trim profiles that already includes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch heights. The new profiles are one-piece extrusions, thereby eliminating the need to stack shorter profiles to attain the height dimension. This also eliminates any visible seam. Designed for straight applications, the new profiles can be used with suspended lay-in ceiling panels as an exposed decorative trim or as drywall trim for unique detailing and transition flexibility. They are compatible with all Armstrong exposed tee suspension systems and drywall grid systems. The expanded portfolio of trim options offers easy, cost-effective design solutions for a wide range of applications, including “floating” ceiling clouds, entry accents, open corridors, stepped soffits, drapery pockets, and ceiling transitions.The trim is offered in a variety of standard colors, all of which coordinate with Armstrong ceiling and grid systems. Custom colors are also available.
