The CEMCO “FAS Track” is a revolutionary approach to fire stopping dynamic joints ranging from ½” to 2” total unencumbered movement in wall partitions according to UL 2079. FAS Track is a composite product that combines steel framing and intumescent to protect dynamic joints in cold formed steel/gypsum walls. The unique profile provides Class III (seismic) movement, while eliminating additional requirements of fire caulk, fire resistant sprays, or contour drywall cuts around fluted decks.
