Allied Building Products Corp. announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Fogleman Builders Supply, a privately held gypsum wallboard and related accessories distributor based in Jacksonville, Fla.

Founded in 1998 by Bill, Reva and Chris Fogelman, the company has grown to four locations servicing the Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Bunnell, Fla. and Valdosta, Ga., metropolitan and surrounding areas. Chris, president of Fogleman, will continue to run the business going forward.

We look forward to supporting our customers from our expanded distribution platform as part of the Allied family.”

Allied entered the Florida Interior Products’ market in 2005. Now, with the addition of the Fogleman team, Allied maintains one of the largest footprints across the state.
