The webinar, “Construction Contract Types and the Emergence of Public Private Partnerships,” is presented by Trefor P. Williams, PhD, Rutgers, on Wednesday, November 13 at 2:00p.m. ET. The new reduced price for non-members is $49.95.
Various types of contracts are used for construction projects. Many variations of traditional design-bid-build contracts have emerged including construction management, design-build, public-private partnerships and integrated project delivery. Contract disputes are frequent and an understanding of contract types is essential for contractors so they can correctly assess project risk. This webinar will review the nature of the various project types and will discuss their strengths, weaknesses and pitfalls to avoid in each contract type.
Complete the survey at the end of the webinar and have your name entered into a drawing to win a $75 Visa Gift Card.
