LeChase Construction Services, LLC is hosting an "XBE" meet & greet on August 23 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at its corporate headquarters (205 Indigo Creek Drive, Rochester, N.Y., 14626) to connect with industry-related subcontractors and suppliers who qualify as a Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB).
While LeChase has more than 70-years' experience as a construction business, its unique XBE Program was launched last year to build an inclusive vendor community and develop opportunities for small, socially or economically disadvantaged construction-related businesses. The "X" in LeChase's XBE Program encompasses MBE, WBE, DBE, and other forms of disadvantaged businesses as recognized by the government.
All construction subcontractors and suppliers in the Finger Lakes Region, particularly XBE firms, are invited to attend the two-hour networking and information session where key LeChase team members will be on hand to discuss the firm's history, safety program, prequalification process, commitment to diversity and current and upcoming bidding opportunities. Interested attendees are strongly encouraged to bring information about their businesses, such as company brochures, business cards, capability statements, etc. Light refreshments will be served and a free raffle drawing is also planned.
RSVPs can be emailed to xbe.outreach@lechase.com until the day of the event.
