Bill E. Nichols, a native and lifelong Texan, passed away on March 14, 2017.  He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jency, two daughters, two sons, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He was a tireless advocate for One Coat Stucco in founding both Powerwall and MagnaWall.  He was one of the founding members of the National One Coat Stucco Association and a past president of the association. Through these companies the promotion of this industry was the focus of his career and life over the past 30-plus years.

He passed at the Stone Oak Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. Nichols was 87 years old. He was laid to rest in a private graveside service held at the Mission North Cemetery on March 20.
