UA Builder's Group, a privately held national construction firm headquartered in NYC, announced that it was awarded a new residential development project by Propco Holdings, located at 770 E. 214th Street in The Bronx.
The four-story building boasts 8,030 square feet of space in the heart of Williamsbridge, located in the north-central Bronx borough of New York City. The East 214th Street property aims to blend modern design with the neighborhood's low-rise/low-density housing characteristics.
Project details:
- Address: 770 E. 214th
- Lot size: 8,030 sq. feet
- Floors: 4
- Number of apartments: 10
The East 214th Street property is central to many Bronx landmarks, including the Van Cortlandt Park, the third largest park in greater New York City spanning 1,146 acres. The area also houses Van Cortlandt Park Golf Course, the country's oldest public golf course. The East 214th Street property is also located less than four miles from the iconic Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Garden.
"UA Builders Group is pleased to continue working alongside Propco Holdings" said CEO Albert Gjonbalaj. "We leverage technology and end-to-end control to move from individual project thinking to a systems approach, and continue to identify newfound efficiencies between design, prefabrication and construction with each new development."
"We have the utmost confidence in UA Builders Group's capabilities, and are thrilled to award them with another contract for a multi-family residential building," said Alfred Popaj, Asset Manager at Propco Holdings. To date, Propco Holdings has awarded UA Builders Group over 200,000 square feet of ground-up development, with two groundbreakings earlier this year, and the remainder under contract.
