Bald Mountain by Pulte Homes in Orion Township was named 2017 Development of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Southeastern Michigan.
During the Awards Ceremony last night, Brandon Jones, division president of PulteGroup in Michigan, accepted the award from the Homebuilders Association. He later said, “Bald Mountain is truly unique because of the diversity of products offered. The neighborhood promotes multi-generational living to create a strong sense of community.”
“As Metro Detroit’s largest homebuilder, we are committed to building neighborhoods that not only meet the housing and lifestyle demands of our customers, but also have a positive impact on the neighborhood.”
Bald Mountain opened in October 2016, and since then over 125 families have purchased a new home here.
Located in Orion Township, the community features 338 home sites with three series and 13 home designs to choose from - the Estate Series, the Signature Series and the Cottages.
