The American Institute of Architects (AIA) announces it has formed a Strategic Partnership with Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope.
The partnership will lead efforts to strengthen understanding among architects of building enclosure technology and performance factors that can create a better built environment.
“When product manufacturers and architects work together, it benefits everyone, including building owners and occupants,” said Robert Ivy, FAIA, EVP/Chief Executive Officer of the AIA. “Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope has an excellent reputation in the design and construction market. We look forward to working with their team to foster dialogue, engagement and innovation with our members.”
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is the first building products company to become an AIA Strategic Partner.
“As partners to the AIA, we value the critical role that the architecture community plays in the fenestration industry,” said Nathan Creech, President, Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. “We believe that collaboration with architects is key for us as a leading supplier of glazing-focused interior and exterior products and services, ensuring we provide valuable resources and innovative products so we can deliver impactful projects, together.”
