On May 7, Women Builders Council (WBC) honored Jackie Vinceslao as a 2019 Outstanding Woman at its 15th Annual Champion Awards Dinner. Known as the industry networking event of the year, the event was held at the Grand Hyatt New York and attended by over 650 of the construction industry’s most influential leaders.
WBC’s “Outstanding Women” award is presented to individuals who have made great strides in their professional career, while supporting the organization’s mission of increasing diversity and the role of women in the building industry. This year’s honorees represented the game-changing women in construction, who have dedicated themselves to excellence and paved the way for the next generation of women who are following in their footsteps. The awards were presented by Chris Asaro, President of Holt Construction Corporation, Pat A. Di Filippo, Executive Vice President, Turner Construction Company and William J. Gilbane, Jr. Vice Chairman of Gilbane Building Company.
Upon receipt of the award, Cote acknowledged her commitment and meaningful contributions to the firm stating, “Jackie is the heart of a lot of what we do at Hudson Meridian, and we are very proud to see her honored by the Women Builders Council as an Outstanding Woman. The path she continues to pave at our firm is inspiring and our entire team congratulates her on receiving this prestigious award.”
About Jackie Vinceslao
Jackie Vinceslao is an Executive Assistance at Hudson Meridian, where her day-to-day responsibilities are integral to the firm’s key mission of providing exceptional construction services to their private and public sector clients. Vinceslao works directly with firm’s Chief Executive Officer and Founder, William Cote, and the Chief Operations Officer Peter Monte, coordinating Hudson Meridian’s most important project and initiatives. Vinceslao’s industry knowledge, ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests make her an imperative part of Hudson Meridian’s core team. She also assists with the firm’s business development, coordinating and drafting the company’s private sector proposals.
