Cameron Ashley Building Products (CABP) announced has acquired the assets of J&R Products.

The company is a specialty accessory and small tools supplier to the building materials industry. CABP reports it is excited to expand its insulation product portfolio to include items like: hand tools, tool belts, caulking, can foam, weather stripping, PPE, tapes, vents, baffles, weather stripping and fastening systems.

CABP customers will now have access to J&R Products’ entire line. Its products are backed by its guaranteed two-day delivery, with shipping from two locations in Bluffton, Ind., and Reno, Nev., and all Cameron Ashley Distribution Centers stocked with any fast-moving everyday items for convenience.

CABP customers can also continue to take advantage of fast delivery service while accruing rewards points under CABP's loyalty program, PLUS Points, and coming later in 2020, an E-Commerce online ordering platform.

Prior to this acquisition, CABP made a deal to acquire Warrior Building Products in 2019.
