As Hurricane Sally bears down on the Gulf Coast states, contractors in the pathway are still recovering from the last major storm just a few weeks ago. Concerns about already-stressed supply lines, and what damage could be done to existing inventory in the region are at the top of contractor’s minds, said Trent Cotney, CEO of Cotney Construction Law.
