Contractors are facing another round of shutdowns and production delays as COVID-19 cases spike around the country, said Trent Cotney, CEO of Cotney Construction Law, in his latest Legal Insights update with W&C.
“This is not the time the industry needs this,” Cotney told W&C/RC Publisher Jill Bloom and Roofing Contractor Editor Art Aisner. “The economy reckoning is coming and it’s not a good time for production to be down right now. This is the time you need to be firing on all cylinders.”
He also shares his thoughts on the recent cabinet picks for the Biden Administration and insurance reform in the wake of a record storm season.
