Festool is launching a nationwide search for trades professionals and advanced DIYers to test the TID 18 Cordless Impact Driver. Festool will select ten winners who will put the TID 18 to the test and share their product photos and video reviews with Festool. The company may share the testers’ reviews on its social media channels so others can get a deeper sense for how Festool builds tools for the toughest demands.
Each product tester will receive a free TID 18 kit to keep, which is a $349 value, and includes the tool and battery. Each tester will agree to use the tool during their normal day on the jobsite or in the workshop.
Interested candidates should register by Sept. 12 by clicking this link. Festool will notify winners by Sept. 17.
Festool launched the TID 18 Impact Driver last year as part of the company’s reinvigorated and robust cordless lineup. The TID 18 comes with a standard ¼” quick-release chuck and T-Mode control that differentiates wood from metal fastening applications to prevent overtightening. Its compact, ergonomic design and light-weight construction is well suited to minimize fatigue. The tool also comes standard with magnetic bit storage, removable belt clip and the EC TEC brushless motor.
