Sanchez started his career in 2006 as a stocker at a Utah-based building supply company. In 2008, he left this position and returned in 2013 as a driver. Sanchez drove for three years before beginning an inside sales position. After two years in this sales position, he relocated to Colorado to become a delivery service manager. Prior to this promotion, he was manager of the Golden, Colo., branch for two years.
