EverGreene Architectural Arts announced that Chad Reilly, AIA has been appointed new CEO of the company. Reilly brings a wealth of expertise to this role, having served in a number of senior leadership capacities in architectural and engineering firms for over two decades. An experienced strategist, Reilly understands the complexities of design and construction projects while leveraging operational scale.
“I am very excited to join EverGreene at this point in time,” Reilly stated. “EverGreene has a unique value proposition of always putting quality and craftsmanship first, and a strong foundation from which the company will continue to grow and execute its vision of preserving the old while creating the new.”
Reilly holds an AB in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University and a MArch in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin. His leadership skills and proven track record of developing diverse and high performing teams will be a great asset to EverGreene's growing organization.
“I started EverGreene in 1978 with the dream to create a company that would make a lasting impact on the cultural landscape of architectural arts, and thanks to each and every employee who contributed to this shared vision, we’ve succeeded,” shared Jeff Greene, EverGreene’s Founder and Executive Chairman. “Over the past 45 years, EverGreene has grown far beyond my personal vision to become the largest specialty contractor in our field, as well as a 100% ESOP owned company, both of which make me incredibly proud.
“Since the beginning, we’ve had three different leaders at the helm, and now it is time for someone new to lead us into the future. While I will continue in my role as Executive Chairman, Chad will bring vision, leadership, experience and energy to EverGreene and strengthen the foundation we’ve built. He is the right person at the right time, and I know he will help us grow in wonderful ways.”
