Gilbane Building Co. announced the opening of its new office on Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo, New York. The firm relocated from its former office on Perry Street as part of its long-term strategic plan to accommodate the needs of the growing team and support Buffalo’s economic growth. The new office is located at 374 Delaware Avenue, Suite 101.
“Delaware Avenue is a prominent thoroughfare in Buffalo with a continually evolving presence that will benefit from Buffalo’s anticipated growth of a diverse economy over the next few years,” said John Cleary, senior project executive at Gilbane Building. “We’re excited to be a part of the area’s redevelopments and offer our employees, clients and partners a new storefront location connected to the city’s vibrancy.”
One of Buffalo’s top five general contractors according to Buffalo Business First, Gilbane has been supporting Buffalo’s economic growth since 1949. Gilbane is working on some of the area’s iconic projects, including the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, Buffalo Bills New Stadium project and Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Centennial Park.
