L&W Supply announced that Ron Shillingburg has been named branch manager of its Fishersville, Virginia, location.

Shillingburg, a 25-year industry professional, joined L&W Supply in 2017. He has gained experience at the company as a CDL driver and boom operator. He was most recently a delivery service manager in Manassas, Virginia.

“Ron has an incredible growth mindset and passion for service,” said Chesapeake District Manager Jim Nix. “His dedication to our values and goals makes him a perfect fit for this role.”

As branch manager, Shillingburg will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, cultivating customer relationships, leading associates and executing branch growth and profitability.
