L&W Supply has announced that 10 leaders have been promoted to branch manager positions at locations throughout the company.
Brett Hill was named branch manager of the Cohoes, New York, location. Prior to becoming branch manager, Hill served the branch as a commercial driver license delivery driver, inside sales representative and delivery service manager. Hill has spent the last three years as the fleet specialist for the Northeast region and played a major role in a recent acquisition in New England.
Bryan Ciesiulka was named branch manager of the West Allis, Wisconsin, location. Ciesiulka joined L&W Supply in 2020 as an Accelerated Manager Training candidate. Ciesiulka spent time as an inside sales associate in West Allis before being promoted to his first two branch manager positions in Denver and Loveland, Colorado.
Jose Madrigal was named branch manager of the Chicago location. Madrigal joined L&W Supply in 2016 as a delivery service manager and was promoted to an outside sales representative in 2022. Madrigal was recognized as a Rookie of the Year sales award winner for the Central region in 2022.
Lance Gascho was named branch manager of the new Lubbock, Texas, location. Gascho joined L&W’s parent company, ABC Supply, in 2016 and made the transfer to L&W Supply in 2019, working as a delivery service manager in Frisco, Texas. He was most recently an outside sales representative at the same branch.
Mark Musto was named branch manager of the Merrimack, New Hampshire, location. Musto joined the L&W Supply team as an operations manager in 2023 following its acquisition of Wallboard Supply Company. Prior to the acquisition, Musto served as a location manager at Wallboard Supply Company for seven years.
Matthew McQuirt was named branch manager of the Hebron, Ohio, location. McQuirt started his career in the industry in 2015 as a warehouse associate and forklift operator, then transitioned to the role of CDL delivery driver. In 2022, he joined L&W Supply through the company’s acquisition of American Building Materials. For the past three years, McQuirt held the role of delivery service manager.
Nick Rapp was named branch manager of the Wildwood, Florida, location. Rapp joined L&W Supply in 2017, working in purchasing and inside sales. In 2018, Rapp was promoted to an outside sales representative role in Orlando, Florida. That same year, he completed the company’s Branch Management Training Program.
Joshua Patterson was named branch manager of the Denver location. Patterson joined L&W Supply in 2017 as a delivery service manager in Aurora, Colorado, before becoming an outside sales representative at the same location. He graduated from L&W Supply’s BMT Program in 2018.
Terrance Smart was named branch manager of the Kansas City, Missouri, location. Smart joined L&W Supply as a delivery service manager after the company acquired Holmes Drywall in 2021. He is currently enrolled in the BMT Program and will graduate later this year.
Cesar Barriga was named branch manager of the new Waco, Texas, location. Barriga has been in the drywall distribution industry for 18 years, performing in a variety of roles. Most recently, Barriga held the role of delivery service manager at the Round Rock, Texas, location. He graduated from the BMT Program last year.
