Knight Wall Systems announced on Sept. 17 the hire of Anna Allen as human resources manager, according to Knight operations manager Pat Collins.

An impactful and authentic HR leader with diverse industry experience in both mature and emerging markets in public and privately held companies, Allen has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to business leadership.

“We’re honored to have an HR professional with such a rich background,” Collins said. “As we’ve grown significantly in recent years, her diverse experience in recruitment and employee relations is of great value to Knight Wall Systems, as we truly believe investing in our employees is paramount.”

Allen comes to Knight Wall Systems from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s HR and talent team, where she specialized in global talent acquisition. Prior to that, she was the chief human resources officer for Precision Tax, as well as managing member and founder of Allen Capital Resources for more than a decade.

Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Maryland and is a SHRM-certified HR professional.
