An Arizona developer is bringing the first Libeskind-designed building to the Valley of the Sun through Rainbow Road, a boutique multi-family property located near Roosevelt Row in central Phoenix expected to break ground in the second quarter of 2023.
McShane Construction Company was selected by repeat client South City Partners to provide design-assist construction services for Renaissance Park. Located in Fairburn, Georgia, the development will incorporate 288 apartment units.

The American Concrete Institute has hired Dean A. Frank to develop programs to assist in supporting the use of nonmetallic reinforcement and reducing carbon emissions in the concrete construction industry. Frank will initially be working primarily with NEU: An ACI Center of Excellence for Carbon Neutral Concrete, assisting in the development of assessment, validation and certification programs as identified by NEU.
