EIMA announces second-quarter 2014 project award winner.

The construction firm’s high performance remodeling work at the Glasswood building in southeast Portland wins ORA’s Commercial Interior and Commercial Specialty award categories.

The award categories recognize innovative multi- and single-family projects, affordable housing projects and developers, an overall commitment to LEED for Homes and Project of the Year.

The EIFS Industry Members Association honored Albert Carrillo with the 2014 Mike Sweeney Award.

Entries are due January 31, 2014.

This quarter, the award goes to BASF Corporation-Finestone’s Lone Star Track Grandstand Renovation project, in Grand Prairie, Texas.
