CHA Consulting, Inc. announced Nov. 17 it has continued its expansion in Florida with the acquisition of Eckler Engineering, Inc. Based in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, area, Eckler provides engineering services to commercial, industrial and municipal clients.
JLG’s parent company, Oshkosh Corporation, announced Nov. 15 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Hinowa, a manufacturer of track-based aerial work platforms, mini dumpers, lift trucks and undercarriages. Once complete, Hinowa will become part of the Oshkosh Access Equipment segment, which also includes the JLG and Jerr-Dan brands.
