The EIFS Industry Members Association Board of Directors proudly announced that Stephen T. Sears is now the new Executive Director and CEO of EIMA. Sears’ selection follows a months-long search conducted by EIMA’s Board, fulfilling its due diligence obligation to the EIMA membership.

Birkla Investment Group and Woolpert have partnered on the development of Phase Two of Proscenium, a multifamily, mixed-use development at 1215 Rangeline Road in Carmel, Ind. The $29 million project will complement and extend the amenities offered by Proscenium, an $85 million mixed-use development that opened in fall 2021 at 20 W. Carmel Drive.

Knauf is the Official Glass Recycling Partner of the Music City Grand Prix festival in Nashville and is launching a major glass recycling initiative. Glass will be collected across the Nashville entertainment districts starting July 1 and culminating at the Nissan Stadium campus race weekend Aug. 5-7. The goal is to collect 150,000 glass bottles.
The National Labor Relations Board and the Department of Justice signed a new memorandum of understanding creating a partnership between the two agencies to “protect free and fair labor markets and ensure that workers can freely exercise their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.”
