George Surrency, 61, owner of Contractors Equipment & Supplies LLC, died November 21, 2005, at his residence. Surrency is known as the inventor of the Sunspray fireproofing hydraulic pump system. Before opening Sun Construction in 1983, he was a long time district sales manager for Essick.
