Saint-Gobain North America has acquired International Cellulose Corporation, a manufacturer of commercial specialty insulation products. The acquisition of ICC’s business will enable Saint-Gobain to offer fireproofing and insulation solutions that enhance energy conservation and efficiency in commercial spaces.
