Ware Malcomb announced Oct. 1 that Nick Watkins has joined the firm as director of workplace strategy. In this role, Watkins will lead Ware Malcomb’s strategy and change management services for clients in multiple practice areas across the firm.
Ware Malcomb announced on Feb. 20 that construction is complete on Creekside Logistics, a new Class A warehouse development located just outside of Nashville, Tennessee, in the town of Smyrna, Tennessee. Ware Malcomb provided architecture and interior design services for the 371,000-square-foot, three-building project.

Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for the amenity spaces in the 160-unit community.
