On Nov. 14, the U.S. Green Building Council released a report that highlights the organization’s impact through its LEED program and the global green building community, which has driven the green building movement.

The U.S. Green Building Council, creators of the LEED green building program, with support from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, announced a new grant program designed to recognize the sustainability and green building achievements of U.S. cities pursuing LEED for Cities certification.
