The EIFS Industry Members Association announced that Georgia-Pacific Building Products has rejoined the association as its newest associate member. Georgia-Pacific brings decades of expertise and innovation to EIMA, strengthening the association’s efforts to promote the benefits and applications of EIFS in the construction industry.

Associated Builders and Contractors reported on Feb. 13 that its Construction Backlog Indicator declined to 8.4 months in January, according to an ABC member survey conducted from Jan. 22 to Feb. 4. The reading is down 0.6 months from January 2023.

AD is reporting a record result for 2023 in owner/member sales, which increased 5 percent over the prior year to $78.9 billion.

AD is reporting that owner-member sales through nine months of 2023 reached a new record of $57.6 billion, an increase of 3 percent across 14 divisions and three countries.
