Located in Phoenix, the new multifamily community incorporates 242 units and generous amenities, including a 60,000-gallon, resort-style swimming pool. The wood-frame buildings feature a stucco exterior and take design cues from both art deco and modern architecture.

McShane Construction Company has been selected by repeat client Flournoy Development Group to build a 262-unit multifamily community in Greenville, South Carolina. The development will integrate five four-story residential buildings, a clubhouse and a maintenance building.

McShane Construction Company has completed the construction of Signal, a mixed-use apartment community in Hapeville, Georgia, for repeat client South City Partners. The development integrates 285 luxury apartment units and 4,392 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

McShane Construction Company announced the completion of Hackney House Apartments, a 302-unit multi-family development located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The project, which features 20 garden-style and townhome buildings, was built for repeat client Mandel Group.

Construction is completed at Kirwan Apartments in Waukegan, Illinois. McShane Construction Company provided design-assist construction services for the development on behalf of their client, Over the Rainbow. The 24-unit affordable housing residence allows adults with physical disabilities to live independently.

McShane Construction Company was selected by repeat client The Integral Group to build Veranda at Assembly. Located in Atlanta, the affordable senior living community will offer 100 units.

McShane Construction Company and their joint venture partner, Ashlaur Construction, were selected by repeat clients Brinshore Development and The Michaels Organization to build Phase IID of Westhaven Park. Located on Chicago’s Near West Side, the 12-story development will integrate 96 mixed-income apartment units with ground-floor retail space.

McShane Ashlaur Joint Venture (comprised of McShane Construction Company and Ashlaur Construction) broke ground on The Foglia Residences at The Chicago Lighthouse in Chicago for clients Brinshore Development and The Chicago Lighthouse.

McShane Construction Company was selected to provide design-assist construction services for Penler Cherokee. Located in Acworth, Georgia, the multi-family community will offer 192 units.

McShane Construction Company was selected by repeat client South City Partners to provide design-assist construction services for Renaissance Park. Located in Fairburn, Georgia, the development will incorporate 288 apartment units.
