Demilec, one of North America’s largest manufacturers of spray foam insulation and polyurea products, will showcase its latest products at the 2015 Greenbuild International Conference and Expo (booth #3542) this week, including its newest closed-cell spray foam insulation Heatlok XT, which is created with more than 20 percent recycled and renewable content. This is Demilec’s second year exhibiting at Greenbuild.

“Spray foam insulation is one of the most efficient ways to reduce energy usage in the building envelope, whether residential or commercial construction. Demilec’s products are not only designed to seal and insulate the structure, but also reduce the environmental impact by integrating recycled materials into the formulation. For example, we have recycled more than 300 million plastic bottles into our Heatlok family of closed-cell insulation products since 2004,” said Douglas Brady, vice president of strategic marketing at Demilec.

These high-performing, sustainable products can now earn commercial and residential construction projects up to ten LEED certification points.
